Inaudi dried Porcini 50g
Inaudi select the best fresh porcini mushrooms for slicing and drying. Steep dried porcini for 20 minutes in just enough warm water or until they've expanded. Drain, reserving the liquid. For a more intense flavour add the steeping liquid to your recipe.
