The house of Mazet likes to describe Mirabos as "anti -Amandas" they were created in 1978 and were an instant success.  The centre is a nut shaped piece of nougatine made of finely blended caramelised sugar, splinters of hazelnut and orange peel, then coated with milk chocolate and dusted with cocoa.
