Alain Milliat fruit nectars are produced once a year during the harvest when the fruit has a perfect balance of flavour. Made by extracting the juice and pulp from the fruit, adding just a little sugar and some filtered water. Enjoy them mixed with sparkling water, drizzled over fruit salads or mix with prosecco as an aperitif. Made from red peaches from the Brévenne Valley.
