Organic Wild Thyme Honey 160gm
This wild Thyme honey is collected from the Wailirikiri Valley in Central Itago. During spring and summer the rolling golden hills are overtaken by a vast purple carpet of wild Thyme flowers and blossoms to the delight of the honeybees. The honey is dark caramel in colour and is high in antioxidants.
