The Simon Johnson Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced from Arbequina olives grown in the Garrigues district of the Catalonian region in Spain. This single varietal oil has a delicate aroma  and wonderful green olive characteristics. The Arbequina olive (also a delicious table olive) produces a balanced oil, the fruit being in harmony with the pungency and bitterness.
