A classic extra virgin olive oil blend of Taggiasche olives with other local varietals infused with fresh chilli.  The result is an oil with a wonderful orange - red hue ideally used as a finishing oil.  Drizzle over risotto, soup, pasta, pizza and bruschetta or Asian dishes.
