Made from quality Spanish Chardonnay wines this vinegar has a smooth, sweet, and sour flavour.  It is unfileterd and thus some natural sedimentation   may occur.  The beautiful wine fruitiness comes through.  It is delicious with fish and chicken, in vinaigrettes or cold sauces. .
